Batman is way more skilled, he's beat Steve in a great fight

I think Batman would take a slight majority on this matter, he's a pretty versatile fighter with that belt of his.

616 cap and batman would be a pretty close fight. They're equally skilled fighters and their recorded strength limits are actually about the same (Cap being able to bench about 200 more pounds). That being said a fight like that would come down to stamina and who can take the most punishment and in that category cap wins. He can go all out for a significantly longer period of time than batman due to the super soldier serum so cap wins in my book.
