Bat-fans thought #BatmanDay might pass by without giving them a new look at something from The Batman (well, we did get a better-quality image of Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman earlier on), but director Matt Reeves has now delivered the goods.

The filmmaker has taken to Twitter to share a new shot straight from the editing room of The Dark Knight (Robert Pattinson) with grappling-hook in hand. It's not much, but Reeves also posted a reminder that a brand new trailer for the movie will debut at DC FanDome in a month's time.

As an extra treat, composer Michael Giacchino has also given us a little tease of his score for the film.

Just in case you need a reminder, you can check out the full lineup for DC FanDome here.

The Batman is set for release on March 4, 2022, and also stars Paul Dano as The Riddler, Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Andy Serkis as Alfred, and more.
