Matt Reeves' The Batman looks to be the most exciting live-action take on the icoic DC Comics character in years. The film stars Robert Pattinson (Twilight) as the titular vigilante, with a supporting cast that includes the likes of Colin Farrell (Daredevil, Phone Booth) and Jeffrey Wright (Westworld, What If?).

With last year's trailer gaining so much hype, one superfan has taken their skills to Youtube and faithfully re-created the first teaser for Matt Reeves' The Batman in 2D animation. Although it's a fan-made effort, the quality is superb.

I wonder how much the budget is for this film compared to The Dark Knight.

@SonOfAGif - The budget is rumored to be around $110 million which is "smaller" these days for this kind of movie and considerably less than The Dark Knight, which cost around $180 million 2008 dollars.

@Mrcool210 - Yeah. I'm in the minority who didn't love Raimi's Spidey's and I'm not sure how I feel yet about the multiverse being used for cameos or crossovers from past franchises. We'll see.

In all fairness, that is his canon dick size in the Brian Azzarello Joker universe. The size of his grayson in the main DC Universe remains as-yet unrevealed.
