Advance purchases for the midnight IMAX screening of The Dark Knight Rises in New York have completely exhausted the supply. Advanced tickets in L.A. and San Francisco are also very, very close to being sold-out so if you live in those areas and want to see the movie early, don't delay in buying your ticket. EW suggests that residents in other areas of the U.S. may want to keep checking Fandango as W.B. probably won't officially announce that tickets have gone on sell in additional areas.
