With just two days to go until we're treated to a new look at The Batman, director Matt Reeves has shared another shot from the highly-anticipated trailer that's set to debut during DC FanDome this Saturday.

The image finds Robert Pattinson's Caped Crusader watching over Gotham City as the sun rises.

Earlier today, we got to hear some dialogue from The Dark Knight via a new promo for the event, so there's a good chance at least one more teaser will be released before FanDome gets underway. Of course, the really juicy stuff will be saved for the trailer itself, but don't be surprised if something pretty cool comes our way tomorrow!

Pattinson will be on hand to present the trailer alongside Reeves and costar Zoe Kravitz (Selina Kyle/Catwoman), and the actor recently promised a "few surprises" will be in store for fans.

Check out the image below, and click here for the full DC FanDome lineup.

The Batman also stars Andy Serkis as Alfred, Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon, Paul Dano as The Riddler, and Colin Farrell as The Penguin. The movie is set to hit theaters on March 4, 2022.

@Waddles - Imagine if Nolan did a movie with Tom Cruise, they probably would have done the interior at the same time as the exterior in the air

@Waddles - It’s just a pity the scene made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Beautiful shot.

Toothpick ears ruin it though.

@Waddles - I'm sure they would look fuller, but not by much. That's just the nature of the sculpt.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - i am assuming for once they may actual have a purpose (other than resembling a distorted bat) and that antenna are in them for Wayne's communication and surveillance tech.

@BlackBeltJones

I’m seeing Halloween Kills tonight and I think VA said they spoil the last shot…

BW did it pretty recently, and another movie I’m forgetting did that too.

First time it really bothered me was when I saw The Departed in 2008. Kept waiting for the shot in the trailer where Marky Mark lifts his gun to shoot Damon.

TDK used an alternate take to open the trailer but kind of samey, didn’t see that coming until it hit.
