BIRDS OF PREY (AND THE FANTABULOUS EMANCIPATION OF ONE HARLEY QUINN) Logo Officially Revealed

A teaser poster for Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn) has been spotted out in the wild, and after a number of different logos, it seems as if we now have an official one!

Had Warner Bros. chosen to attend this year's San Diego Comic-Con, we could have looked forward to a first glimpse of Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn)

Unfortunately, the studio has made the decision to sit the event out this year and that means no early trailers and no sneak peek at the female-led superhero ensemble. Now, Warner Bros. is looking to market the movie in their own time, and that means no first look at footage which will be reshot (Suicide Squad) or unfinished VFX (Aquaman).

Ultimately, it may be a smart move on their part!

For now, though, a teaser poster has been spotted for Birds of Prey and, as you can see, it features a very cool (and presumably official) logo for the DC Comics adaptation. To check it out, just scroll through the images shared in the Instagram post below by hitting the arrow button on the right.

BoPatFEoOHQ is a dope acronym, though.

Try saying it phonetically. "BoPatFEoOHQ!" Sounds like a Street Fighter move.

Stupid movie no one wanted. All the while GL, Flash, Superman 2 etc. are stuck in development limbo.

I took that same picture myself in Barcelona yesterday! You can barely make out Black Widow's suit to his right.

Never thought we'd get a worse movie title than Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice but here we are and all I can say is why?

Was "Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey" not available?

@DnA - Considering the irritation of fans at the thought of her being a part of the team, I think it’s easy to see why they didn’t do that. Also, this is simply far more original.

These studios don't make movies for fans.

People say they crave originality, and then complain when a movie has a unique name...

Ah, well, it’s a cool logo. I’m still pretty cautious about this project, but need it to be good for the sake of Cassandra Cain, #1 Batgirl.

@SerKurtWagner -

Having a unique title doesn't inherently make it good. It's just a bad title.

@SerKurtWagner - People want original content for other genres. Comic book fans want the studio to stick to the source material for the most part. This looks like trash

@SerKurtWagner - If Marvel made a movie called...

"The Avengers and The Wondrous Reconstitution of One Thanos"

We all would be looking at them sideways.

@inkniron - You obvious don't come to this site often. The MCU is golden around here and is pretty far from source material as you could get.

@inkniron -
They actually are sticking to the source material. This is essentially Harley breaking the 4th wall and giving her input on the movie title.
