With major theater chains expected to remain closed indefinitely and no major releases on the horizon, DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group recently introduced the "Watched at Home Top 20" list, which tallies up the most popular titles consumed on disc and digital (excluding outside subscription-based streaming platforms).

Following its 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray launch last week, Sony's Bloodshot, which starred Vin Diesel (Fast & Furious) in the title role, shot to the top of the list while fellow Sony production Bad Boys for Life dipped to second. Rounding out the top five are Paramount's Sonic the Hedgehog, Sony's Jumanji: The Next Level, and Disney's Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

After Warner Bros. Animation's Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge made some waves last week, another WB Animation title, Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, made its debut this week at #15. Plus, Rick and Morty season four became the first TV show to enter the Top 20 following its midseason premiere, coming in at #17.

For the week of May 14, here is the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list:

  1. Bloodshot (Sony, 2020)
  2. Bad Boys for Life (Sony)
  3. Sonic the Hedgehog (Paramount)

This movie sucked. JL Dark Apokolips War was pretty bad. Rick & Morty season 4's been surprisingly bad so far, I think I've only enjoyed two episodes of the seven out so far.

I enjoyed Blooshot a lot more than I thought I would. Probably would have liked it more if the twist wasn’t in the trailer but then again I probably wouldn’t have watched it it if wasn’t 🤷🏽‍♂️

Watched Bloodshot a couple of days ago. What a piece of garbage! The characters are shallow, the script is awful and the action scenes belong to a CBM from the early 2000's.
And Vin Diesel, in all of its mediocrity, can't resist using a tank top. The guy has the acting talent of a wooden door.
"Mumble mumble something something family."
