Titan Comics has released the covers and solicit information for their April titles. Standing out among the new releases is The Prisoner, illustrated by legendary comic artists Jack Kirby and Gil Kane. Titan is releasing Kirby and Kane’s unfinished attempts at bringing the cult series to the page, and the issue features some recognizably 1970s art.

Along with Kirby and Kane’s take on The Prisoner, Titan is releasing a new comic run based on the sci-fi/spy television series to coincide with the show’s 50th anniversary in the United States.

Among the other highlights is an adaptation of The Beatles’ psychedelic animated film, Yellow Submarine, which is also turning 50 this year. A full-color version of Jamie Hewlett and Alan Martin’s Tank Girl is also being published on April 18.
