Love Ramos :-).

I am rather ashamed to be asking this- seems like ages since a Spidey TPB was released so i may be behind:

Is the Lizard evil again? is the Iguana a second string version from a pre-me time?

Also supporting spidey cast needs a revamp soon: Anna is pretty cool but I'm missing the more complex characters Pete used to hang out with- i want Harry Osbourne and Carlie Cooper back to add some Goblin to Pete;'s social cicrcles ;-P

I miss The Kingpin and the clones and the blood and the voilent rain-soaked streets of late night NY. Who and what the wank is the Iguana? Piece of shit evil green.

It‘s [frick]ing easy to write generic comic books nowadays. someone give me a break. Josh, we can team up on New Adventures of Spiderman. We can rotate writing and drawing duties. I will also suck you off sometimes as an extra benefit on the side.

@darklighter1

I like Land's art the first time I see it. But then seeing the same 50 poses and faces over and over again in different clothes and wigs is just painful.

Ramos is at least an artist with his own style (and I find him a bit hit or miss depending on the drawing and my mood), whereas Land is little more than a humanoid photoshop plug-in.

Ramos is awful. None of you actually read comics so i dont expect you to know what im talking about, but he almost ruined the relaunched #1 because of that terrible face...

Am I the only one that absolutely hated the Spider-Verse crossover? I feel like it was just a means of getting all the Spider-Men and Women they could and put them in one story.

Anyways, glad that's over and done with and onto the next chapter in Peter's life.

No love for Land from me

Whether it's the tracing or whatever his pics look static and I don't know why he copies so much. He needs to pay attention to anatomy more

Not everyone's artistic journey is the same but look at thedevelopment of artists like Sean Gordon Murphy, Marcio Takara, Olivier Coipel, Ivan Reis, Immonen, Travis Charest etc then look at Land's progression.

He's still at the same level (to me) it also doesn't help that marvel keep using Guru Efx for his colours. Maybe he'd look better with Laura Martin doing the colours.

With the great web destroyed, Pete won't have his spider-sense to rely on. All this time, he had been tapping into the web of reality and sensing the future.
The web spinner said its power would be greatly diminished.

We need someone like Coipel or Camuncoli to be permanent fixtures instead of Ramos

I love Ramos on Spider-Man. The guy can't draw faces worth a damn, but the storytelling and energy are such a perfect match.

WOoo Spidey is back to normal, a comic I can buy again. Yay! I like the diagonal transitioning on the panels. The activated space looks beautiful. I like!

While I love Ramos I wish Coipel would had stayed past Spider-verse. He and Jerome Opeña are the best artist on Marvel right now.

Ramos has done a good job job on Spiderman over the years. His style is different but it looks good to me. As far as Land goes I didn't understand why he gets bashed until i looked at his Ironman run and saw the same poses over and over.
