COMICS: 'Scott Lang' May Return To Villainous Roots In "All New, All Different" ANT-MAN

Marvel has been making a lot of strange and controversial decisions as of late. Now, with Scott Lang set to star in his own movie, could the publisher be planning on returning him to his bad boy days as a master thief? Well, he is getting his own team of supervillains...

Ant-Man's new series has been fantastic, with Scott Lang moving to Miami and setting up his own security firm in which he's been joined by reformed villain Grizzly. Thankfully, the comic will return after the events of Secret Wars, but has this fan-favourite good guy really gone bad?

Talking to Hero Complex, writer Nick Spencer had this to say about the intriguing promo image by Mark Brooks. "We’re hinting at a major development for Scott. Scott is an ex-con, he’s a guy with a criminal past. This teaser hints that he may not be quite as reformed as we might have thought. This is our first big hint that Scott’s going to find himself back in his old world, back in a criminal life." That's very interesting, but could Scott be faking his turn to the dark side? It certainly sounds that way! "The key thing to take away from the promo images is, if you look at Scott’s hand that he’s holding behind his back, he has his fingers crossed," added editor Will Moss. Thoughts?

Whirldwind or Crossfire should've been the villain in the Ant-Man movie instead of wasting one of Pyms personas on a Iron Man 1 & 2 plot rehash.

@ManCalledSting
how is the movie dictating the comic book in any way? the movie is about Scott becoming a hero, and this book is about him going back to being a criminal.

Scott Lang is playing them. That's why his fingers are crossed.
