Giant Thing vs Galactus?!

For those wondering why the Thing is so big, it was revealed in Secret Wars #6 (SPOILER ALERT, by the way) that Dr. Doom transformed Ben into 'The Shield', a massive wall that contains Ultron bots, zombies and similar such nasty creatures, separating them from the rest of the Battleworld. Thanos had a chat to the Thing, who had previously believed Doom did this for solid reasons, but in actuality, Doom only manipulated the Thing because he knows that the Thing can pose a threat. The issue ends with Ben breaking free of The Shield and going after Doom.

It's a little know fact that a Yancy Street knuckle-sandwich is Galactus' kryptonite.

Alex Ross is a great artist. That being said, that cover visually makes no sense at all–it's not Rob Liefeld bad but it's proportionally really weird. From the appearance of Galactus' feet, he appears to literally tower of the the Thing, yet somehow the Thing appears larger, when he shouldn't be.

Or is the Thing giant? It's hard to tell, which is why it's not a great picture.

This series has been plagued by delays to the point where it's hard to remember what happened in the previous issue. I would've been better off waiting for the trade.

Ben is going to wreak havoc!!! Really want to see how everything plays out. Molecule Man, The Maker & Reed working together, the Prophet...(which I think might be Maximus)

@Kozmik Galactus is on his tippy toes bcause of the punch. That's why you feel like his foot looks weird, I guess. Thing is a giant wall, like @staypuffed mentioned earlier

I see all these complaints about the cover art and The Thing. I bet the complainers haven't even read this to know whats going on.
