Okay, I'll admit right now that I haven't liked Earth 2 at all. Once I heard that Tom Taylor, writer of the Injustice: Gods Among Us prequel comic was taking over the title in November, that immediately piqued my curiosity. It looks as though the stool is really about to hit the fan in the title with another invasion by Darkseid and the revealing of the identity of Earth 2's new Batman. Plus, who is this mysterious new Superman? Is it a corrupted Clark Kent or somebody new?

"Big changes are on the way,” Taylor told COMIC BOOK RESOURCES. “New faces are coming. Batman's identity will be revealed. Red Tornado's role will probably come as a surprise. And what comes from beneath Arkham is ... No, I've said too much.”

Here's your first look at Nicola Scott's interior art, as well as variant covers by Doug Mahnke. Earth 2 #17 is available November 6.
