Still disappointed with the Villain Month creative team switch-ups, but I'll likely get B&R #23.3: Ra's al Ghul... myabe Batman #23.3: Penguin.

yes that is Scarecrow.

Wow. Every single issue of villains month thus far has great art. I havent seen one page that was'nt good.
