I'm not a fan of this book and have no idea what is going on here, but I read nearly every other Bat-book. Along with Red Hood & The Outlaws, I also don't read Bat-Girl on a monthly basis, but pick up both for any tie-ins.

Just my opinion as a long-time Batman reader/fan, I think they need to make the following changes:
1. Barbara Gordon needs to be Oracle - it was stupid to retcon The Killing Joke, and Oracle fit the role 10x better than having a talking-BatComputer - total rip off of JARVIS from Iron-Man btw, hate to say it but true - but they also have Alfred, a 150 year old butler doing computer work for Bruce & the gang...really? This also connected a specific demographic of readers - the disabled - much like Professor X does for the Marvel Universe.
2. Jason Todd should be dead. As cool as Red Hood is, Death In the Family is another Bat-story that should never have been retconned.
3. Damian Wayne - hated him at first but he grew on me over time, especially with the Dick Grayson/Damian Wayne combo as the new Batman & Robin. I honestly would have rather seen Bruce come back as Batman, and either have a Dick/Damian team-up book.
4. Bat-family Book - I'd love to see a book with stories that revolve around the entire Bat-family; Batman, Robin, Red Robin, Bat Girl, Nightwing, etc.

I'm dangerously close to dropping this book. I kept on it because I heard that Tynion was coming on and I liked what he has done with Talon and his other work. I just feel like this story is going nowhere fast and I'm sick and tired of them dancing around what happened between Roy and Ollie just tell us already.
