Marvel's Captain America: Civil War is without a doubt, one of the best superhero films of all time and Marvel Studios' greatest film.
Now, why do i say that? For those who haven't watched it and you're waiting till you see Marvel's latest adventure, well, you're in for a treat.
Civil War has action, heart, emotional weight, and gut-wrenching moments, that make it impossible for Marvel to top this film.
Today, i am gonna break down the negatives and positives of Marvel's Phase III film.

THE STORY

We all know the Civil War comic book storyline, right? We've all read it, at this point. The story in this  goes like this: A tragic event happens involving the Avengers happens (The africa mission) and tons of civilians die , and the government puts restraints over what the Avengers can and can't do, and the Accords, which include them revealing themselves, puts the Avengers at odds. With Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and the other Avengers, fighting, against each other.
Now the film's plot is executed perfectly, and allows for all the characters to be explored (except maybe War Machine and Hawkeye but....you know..Barton needs a Netflix show) and the spectacles of this are....Cap and Tony! Yep, these two characters have the right motivations to fight, and when the heart breaking discovery that Bucky killed Tony's parents, Howard and Maria Stark, then Tony says that Cap doesn't deserve to wield the shield.  That was a moment of pure brilliance, really.
Now, look i am not writing this review, and just liking this movie because it's Marvel. I did admit Age Of Ultron was not a good film, not. at. all.
I am more of a DC fan, well, i am equally a Marvel fan and DC fan, so even if Civil War turned out bad (which it didn't) then i would have said it was bad.
But it is a fantastic movie and you should watch it! When it comes to a theatre near you.

CHARACTERS

The standout characters in this film are 1. Spider Man/ Peter Parker 2. Black Panther/T'Challa.
They're great, and they're the ones that surprised me, and they're new, and for the hell it, they may become the new faces of the MCU!
The others were amazing, but what i want to focuse on, is that all characters get light to shine. And that's amazing!
Spidey was my favorite, and for the 30 minutes of screentime, he gets, he's amazing. Hell, being a SW fan is enough for me, which he shows when he webs Giant Man into an AT-AT from the Empire Strikes Back which he refers to as an 'really old movie' or along the lines of that. And his 'hot aunt' May was good too, and CW makes me so amazingly excited for Spider Man: Homecoming.
And T'Challa/Black Panther was amazing, and a good showcase of his skills heritage, and his homeland, Wakanda. Easily one of the film's best characters. Here's Chadwick Boseman and Ryan Goggler do something spectacular with the character's solo movie.
Iron Man and Cap were interesting characters, their brawl was awesome, and they have mostly good reasons to fight.
And smaller characters like Agent 13, Falcon, Black Widow, Everett Ross, and Zemo are given their fair share of screentime.
This movie juggles it's characters pretty well.
Now to...

Two things. Are the motivations in CW better to fight each other than in BvS? And can you describe me what the credits scene showed us? I liked yer review, but for next time you dont have to use an enter after each sentence. T

I also thought that moment where Steve kissed Sharon was very out of place. Yes, I wanted Steve to have a romantic relationship, but in a movie like this and under these circumstances it felt a bit unnecessary.

@Guga - so you're saying it felt a bit...late

@MyCoolYoung - lol, at first I didn't get the reference but now I understand. Anyways, it's just freaking weird to see Cap kissing the niece of his former lover who just died a few days before that. And maybe it would've been better to see Cap having a romantic relationship with Black Widow, but I won't bitch about it because it's not that big of a deal.

I'll need to see this one again to give it a proper rating but this movie was excellent at bringing some of the other movies back full circle.

Every time Cap would talk about not signing the accords I couldn't help but think of Ultron-you wanna protect the world but you don't want it to change- and Steve's subsequent speech about if they were monsters or not.

I thought the movie beautifully showed the other side of the equation. No one will be universally hailed in this world they will live in, especially heroes who are able to go anywhere they want and leave letting the citizens and government to pick up the pieces (probably with a check from Stark)

Yes, they are saving the world but human emotions and tendencies take over when are loved ones die. You saw it with Woodard's characters, T'Chalia's, and Zemo. People want those responsible to answer for perceived wrongs and the movie does a good job of showing us feelings from both the accused and accusers
