I can't say for sure that red hulk is going to beat the crap out of iceman, its hard to tell in that cover. BTW, spideys line is pretty cool.

Forget what Spidey's line, Ben took the words right out of my mouth.

So, who's that Giant-Man? Hank? And who's the chick with the starburst on her ladybusiness blasting Spider-Woman? And... aw forget it. I don't care.

Hot damn, this is one poorly written series.

Either it's Wolverine with his flip-flopping "I'm gonna kill this girl..... wait.... no I'm not..."

or it's the nutty mis-matched battles that run contrary to the established power sets [Luke Cage fighting Namor underwater to a virtual stand-still]

or it's the poor ways they depict the characters using their power & skill [Cyclops just standing there blasting Cap right in his SHIELD.... no subterfuge, no playing off the angles, no blasting the ground he's standing on...]

or the artwork itself [JRJR putting out the most cartoony, unfinished-looking, almost whimsical art I've ever seen him create.]

What the hell, man?!? This is supposed to be Avengers vs X-Men! The title alone implies that is should be epic, ground-breaking, A PLUS material.

So far, in comparison to the other huge summer cross-over events, this thing has run a disappointing C minus.

The art looks terrible.

At first he was doing anything to kill her. Fought with Captain America... turned his back on the X-Men... nothing was more set-in-stone than his urge to kill her and end her 'threat', and he didn't care who he had to go through to do it.

Then.... well.... he caught up with her in Antarctica -- was getting ready to attack her --- and then she said, "Wait! I've got warm beer with me.... think we could talk?"

And he goes, "Okay, kid." and just like that all the sub-plots and motivations go right out the friggin window --- all the anger and intent to kill and disobeying orders from Cap just turns into a pointless, whimsical plot device.

Beer.


This book is terrible.

General Ross became the new Hulk after the events of "World War Hulk" through a creation of a group of smart super-criminals known as the Intelligencia. This group consisted of mostly former enemies to the Hulk. During the events of World War Hulk, Iron Man tapped into a satelite to strike down at the Hulk and drain all his power. The plan suceeded and seemingly all Hulk's powers where taken away. However, the Intelligencia hacked into the satelite and all the power siphoned from the Hulk was now theirs to use. They mixed Hulk's power with that of the Power Cosmic. It was at this time that they contacted General Thunderbolt Ross. The Intelligencia told General Ross that, if he would agree to help them and become their test subject, they would revive his daughter, Betty Ross, who had been in a coma for many years due to Gamma radiation. Ross, for the sake of his daughter, agreed to the deal and was soon exposed to massive Gamma radiation, transforming him into a new red Hulk. Not only did this alter Ross' appearance, it also altered Ross' personality. The once so calm and strategic General of the U.S. Army was now more agressive then ever and seemed to care less about the rules he once uphold so strictly. Ross left the Intelligencia after his transformation and embarked on his own adventure.

For people who clame to enjoy comics, most people here are either too out of touch with them to understand these eve nts or just plain hate all comics. This has all been building for a while with the Phoenix force leaving Rachel grey, the cookus, and korvus's sword.

okay i understand the red hulk story that make sense but do anybody know where the hell is the red she hulk where the hell shhe came from and who is she the way she has those sai's has weapons one would think she's elertra lol anyway wow i thought ross always hated the hulk slash bruce but i understand the mad he hets the hotter he gets so what he throws fireballs or something lol wow i winder how betty will feel aboyt this if she ever regains from her coma to wake up and a world full of hulks shit

Not only that, but this title/crossover looks like absolute garbage. Where did all the good artists go? I used to collect comics back in the day, and it seems like the comics of today employed pokemon shitty artists...and the stories are ridiculous.
