It would be cool if The Punisher killed Electro.
Electro is about to be showcased in a major movie but in the comics he's a corpse.
Marvel isn't that ballsy.

Awesome! Also, Spiderman is supposed to fight Electro in the Amazing Spiderman relaunch by Dan Slott. It's all to get us hyped for the new movie.
