It looks like Marvel Comics' next big event will revolve around the eeeevil Captain America, Steve Rogers. The creative team and exact release date for Secret Empire are still under wraps, but the teaser image below was accompanied by a quote from Abraham Lincoln: “A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand.”

Fans were aghast when it was revealed that Rogers was actually a secret HYDRA agent early last year, but Nick Spencer and Jesus Saiz’s Captain America: Steve Rogers ongoing series has actually proved to be pretty popular.

Will this event see Cap become a hero again, or fully embrace his new destiny as a villain? Keep an eye on CBM for updates.

@RorMachine - "I should know this..."

As Blackstar25 said. Also, some hosts don't work for some reason. ImgSafe has been quick and reliable. Just copy the URL to there for them to host a copy.

"A house divided Against itself cannot stand"

When was the last time a marvel team was standing together? For the past five years, they've just been [frick]ing divided.

I feel like there's this big dry erase board in the Marvel bullpen that Jim Shooter accidentally used permanent marker on in the 80's and it just says:

Brainstorm Titles

Secret ______

______ War

And every day the interns write random nouns in the blanks and see what catches the editors' eyes.

Did you guys hear?

No more "buy a comic, get the digital version of it for free".

Now, when you buy a comic, you get two random ass codes.

Marvel: "House of stupid ass decisions."

I swear, a DC fanboy has to be running things there.
