I'll give this series a try, but Beast's head looks funny. It's shaped like he came straight from the show, Top Cat:)

looking forward to new avengers but i don't think that cover is stunning,its good but not stunning.

Against the hulk wearing armor because it looks pretty freaking badass in this past issue and the whole inside pun that maria hill wouldnt understand was hilarious

Those two words that always take my money: JONATHAN HICKMAN. I buy anything with his name on it, because he's one hell of a writer. Plus, this cover and the previews look sweeet.

its fine with me,its nowhere near as people might think it is.

love the writing love the artwork hulk & thor are my two favorite characters/single hero titles at the moment.

all new x-men & avengers are my favorite team books.

Hickman's run on Avengers titles is kicking off great. I saw the first Sif JIM issue. It was good. Still a narrator scroll theme carried over from Gillen's run. Lots of dialogue. But action too. Sif style action. Thor is more of a "I'm a ritious god and a gallant hero looking for a challege" guy. Loki is more of a "I'll lie and make backdoor deals and then save the day while everyone is confused and distracted" guy. Sif is just "I kick ass, I take names. I'm as good as the best of men short of Odinsons.For the glory of Asgardia, show me the path to become a stronger warrior." She's the kind of hot girl that makes all the boys on the playground her bitches if they try to mess with her.

@marvel72: yeah they really hopefully they can keep it up, the only one im not enjoying that much is ucanny avengers...i mean its good but it doesnt feel as exciting as xmen or hickmans avengers.

I am thinking about dropping it and replacing it with either:
Superior spidey (the most controversial book i heard bout lol)
New Avengers
Uncanny XForce
Journey into the Mystery

I wish they'd go back to the old "Perez" Beast face. Maybe it's just me, but i can't get into the look they've given him for the past 10 years or so.
