I respect the idea of taking a character out of their comfort zone and throwing them into new and interesting situations, but after reading through maybe the first half of this series I just found it stale and crap; the art sucks and the story seems pretty generic, fix up Marvel

Death's Head?

The Death's Head?

80's Transformers UK and late 80's/early 90's Doctor Who Death's Head?

That one?

Then he will become a king, lose everything and come back to Earth for revenge!
I'm so tired of this "gladiators-in-space" crap...

Death's Head II briefly appeared in Captain Britain and MI:13, so he's apparently working for the British government.

I definitely appreciate Marvel bringing back lesser know 80's and 90's characters now, but I honestly think the Death's Head II design looks much better than this.

This is just silly and right as a movie comes out...

I agree with MrDonut - I read through this up until the last issue and had to drop it this month. It's just not the story I'm wanting to read AT ALL. I could maybe see Thor in this situation, but Iron Man? Tony Stark? No thanks Marvel.

Well, this isn't derivative of Wonder Woman in the slightest. She killed gods before it was cool. Before Kratos, and before MARVEL decided to publish a half a dozen comics about heroes fighting each-other.

And before I ask, I did NOT read Avengers versus X-Men (or, as I like to call it, "Marvel wants to outsell DC after the latter publishes a genre-defining supercrossover and only succeeds with the final issue"). It looked stupid and predictable, and from what I hear, it was.

Actually, looking around the comments, NOBODY thinks this is a good idea.

I'm just waiting for one of them to turn to the crowd and scream "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!?!!". Then they can stab Jaquin Phoenix in the throat and roll the credits.

Still not sure about this storyline.

Lord Loki has spoken
