Did Winter Soldier kill Black Panther???

Is this T'Challas true motivation?

I saw the article on the front page "Black Panther topples Winter Soldier" and it got me thinking. It got me thinking about the trailers, the set shots, and Black Panther seems to be going hard at Bucky, more so than anyone else. He seems focused on a specific target. Now that could be simple strategy, Stark/someone allocated targets based on strength, and military strategy, or it could be much more interesting. What if, during his decades of being the Winter Soldier, Bucky actually assassinated a former Black Panther, maybe even T'Challas father or even some other head of state or loved one during a mission in Wakanda, and T'Challa never knew who it was until Tony takes the information to him.

Now obviously, pure speculation, but it would add an extra dimension of depth to the narrative. Black Panther, T'Challa would bring both Steve, and Bucky face to face with the fruits of Buckys questionable past. They would be faced with not just battling Tony's opinion on accountability but by a victim of Buckys past actions.

Or maybe Tony just paid him, convinced him that they could be a threat to Wakanda, or that Wakanda owes the world after letting all that Vibranium be smuggled over their borders. I prefer my theory a little more than those ones though.

Thoughts?
