I'm very intrigued by the fact that HEAPS of this month's solicits are censored. Big things are coming...

Land is just a lazy artist and it was probably easier for him to trace a pic of the actor.

Oddly to me, this looks to be some of Lands best work. It doesn't look like some porno actors this time.

I read Original Sin #0 this week and it's basically setting up as Marvel's mini Crisis on Infinite Earths. There are the parallels between the Watcher and the Monitor, and then they go into the whole multiverse thing with the black Captain America and the Thing as Dr. Doom. Hopefully the event doesn't suck.

It is actually looking at all of the What if..? issues. This is nothing new for the Watcher and will be nothing like Crisis. It is a murder mystery where someone has gotten away with all the marvel universe secrets.

Did the Ultimate Spiderman synopsis just tease the return of Ultimate Peter Parker?

I'm sad to say that these pale so much in comparison to the top 10 of DC... Apart from Ross of course, who only does covers, mind you. I feel like Marvel just doesn't give a shit about art anymore. It's all about crapping out 6 issues a month..

all of them good. But ELEKTRA #4 - MICHAEL DEL MUNDO is sweetest!

@Dustellar - Yep. That's why it says Acuna After Kirby.

The Alex Ross cover is beautiful. I can't get enough of that guys work.

@PC Yeah, because I totally stated that as a fact, instead of my opinion. Next time I voice, my opinion, I'll be sure to paste "OPINION:" in bold font beforehand.

And fanatic? I guess I'm just one of those few souls who can actually love both DC and Marvel equally, but I am an art fanatic, so sure.

A few of these covers should have been ranked lower or not put on the list at all. The Original Sin and Thor covers are beautifully done but the only ones I really favor out of the bunch are The Punisher and Captain America covers.

Number 1 is quite a horrible piece of artwork when u compare it to the Capt A, Thor and antman pieces, I really cant understand how some of these artists get regular work. Alex Ross although not my favourite is a true aesthetic autuer
