Ryan Reynolds might have played Deadpool in the "Wolverine" movie and the upcoming "Deadpool" solo film, but we're pretty sure there's one version of Marvel's mouthy mercenary he won't bring to the big screen (well, pretty sure, at least): Lady Deadpool.

In January's issue of "Deadpool: Merc With A Mouth," readers will be introduced to a different sort of Deadpool (quite a few of 'em, in fact), and Marvel's released a new cover to commemorate the merc's newfound, well... lady parts. The new cover was created by Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld, with an alternate cover (posted below) by "Marvel Zombies" cover artist Arthur Suydam.

Marvel.com states that the hotly anticipated extra-sized DEADPOOL: MERC WITH A MOUTH #7 will hit stores alongside DEADPOOL: MERC WITH A MOUTH #7 SECOND PRINTING VARIANT! Marvel is offering an unprecedented second printing on the same day to meet retailer and fan demand.

Might as well make Lady Spider-man, Lady Hawkeye, Lady Wolverine, Lady Captain America, Lady Hulk.....oh wait, they've all been done and failed terribly, minus X-23 and She-Hulk. For Spider-man I'm talking that crap Spider-woman from the early 2000's, not the completely different one from the 70's. She worked because she wasn't an exact copy of the original hero. Sharon Carter as Captain America..bullcrap. They just need to come up with great original female superheroes. Why not just have an alternate dimension where all of the characters genders are reversed? Female versions of Cyclops, Cable, Thor, Thing, Nick Fury and various others and then male versions of Ms. Marvel, Phoenix, Storm, and any others. I think that might be very interesting.
