Agree with Michael C. Hall as Daredevil, Andrew Lincoln as Punisher if he's buffed out and I'd probably prefer Benedict Cumberbatch super [frick]ing buff as Namor cause he's tall, weird looking and has a great voice for the role. Plus he can totally play the weird unfamiliar and slightly rude personality, just watch him in Sherlock.

Michael C. Hall as Matt Murdock isn't particularly inspired, and I believe it to be a huge miscast.

Andrew Lincoln for Punisher was an original pick, but I don't think he could pull it off in the slightest. Rather see Thomas Jane back, if they get around to a new Punisher film anytime soon.

No real opinion on Quinto as Namor, as I've never read the character. However, I do think it would be a risk to put him into another 'big franchise' film. He's Spock. No way he's going to outrun that in the big summer movie circuit for a long time.

My choices for these characters (I have two of each)

Jim Caviezel or Viggo Mortensen for Dr. Strange.

Gerard Butler or Liev Schreiber for the Punisher(unless they bting back Tom Jane). The Punisher is an awesome character I don't know what you are smoking.

Scott Adkins or Chris Pine for Daredevil. Michael C Hall is too old now.

Eric Bana or Alex O'Loughlin for Namor. Quinto ain't a bad choice though.
