Stan Lee Shares Video Revealing That A Bout With Pneumonia Is Behind His String Of Appearance Cancellations

Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee has reportedly been released from the hospital to fully recover at home from a battle with pneumonia. However, his convention schedule will likely suffer for quite a while.

Just listen to the TMZ video below and it's clear that Marvel icon Stan Lee (95) is not doing so well.  However, his spirit is still strong as he tells the Marvel-faithful that he's looking forward to interacting with them again once he's feeling a bit better.

“I want you all to know I’m thinking of you, of course I always think of the fans, and I hope you’re all doing well, and I miss you all.  I miss your enthusiasm, I miss all your notes, all your photos and emails and I want you to know that I still love you all. "  He continued, "Maybe I’ll have some of this pneumonia knocked down, and we can have some real fun over the internet. Until then, excelsior."

In other Stan Lee news, he was apparently robbed of $1.4 million USD by someone looking to purchase a condo in West Hollywood.  Earlier this month, Lee was rushed to the hospital for an irregular heartbeat.

Between him and Mark Hamill I get extremely nervous now whenever I see headlines with their name in them...

Marvel better have a two minute prologue to the first film immediately following his passing. He deserves it!
