Chris Pine shines again with the legendary role of Captain James T. Kirk in his latest venture Star Trek Beyond, to be released on 22nd July 2016. The highly anticipated movie captures the imagination of one and all with a plot of moving towards the deeper end of space. The five year mission just got halted with the presence of enemies like tyrannical computers Khan, time paradoxes, psycho killers, and aliens. The Star Ship USS Enterprise along with its crew is on an unknown planet, with an unknown fear of passing out relevant on the faces of everyone.

Umm.....so did I miss it? Did you actually give the reason why this costume is better than all the other Star Trek costumes? Oh, and did you notice that actually all the characters are wearing similar jackets in the movie? (The one on display actually seems to be Chekov's, not Kirk's.)

Btw, that is kind of a combination of the uniforms that were used in the TV show Enterprise (a blue one-piece that is very similar to what the Navy uses sometimes) and the jacket that Capt. Picard used off-and-on in the last few seasons of The Next Generation. It basically looks like they took his red jacket and made it blue with coloring on the shoulder that matches the color of the shirt each officer wears.
