Joe Pantoliano made an appearance on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and talked a bit about Daredevil. He mentioned that he thinks his character is boring because he's a good guy, and that he prefers too play the villain. He said that Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Colin Farrel, and Michael Clark Duncan get all the fun roles because they get to do all the Kung-Fu; while his character, a reporter, comes in after all the fight scenes and says, "what happened here?"

He also revealed that his character, Ben Urich, (spoiler!) discovers Daredevil's true identity and that this may help his character become more exciting in the sequel.
