The Next Round Of Chimichangas Are On Ryan Reynolds: DEADPOOL Passes $700 Million Worldwide

Deadpool continues to go from strength to strength at the box office, as it's hit yet another box office benchmark worldwide. Forget one sequel, we're probably going to get a dozen after these numbers!

There's simply no stopping the Merc with the Mouth as Deadpool has now passed the $700 million mark at the worldwide box office, becoming the 79th highest grossing movie in history. With an additional $10.8 million in North America this weekend, it now has a $328 million domestic cume. Throw in its $380 million haul from overseas and this R-Rated release has a cool total of $708 million.

That means Deadpool has earned more than Man of Steel, Thor: The Dark World, and Iron Man 2. It should also pass The Amazing Spider-Man 2 any day now. It's a great shame that the movie was banned in China, because who knows how high it could have gone. Regardless, with a budget of only $58 million, Deadpool is still an unbelievably massive box office hit. That's pretty damn impressive, eh?
