Disney+ Day is an annual celebration of the streaming platform that debuted in 2021, and once again, it will feature content premieres from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, The Simpsons, and more. The event takes place on Thursday, September 8, and will lead directly into the D23 Expo: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, California.
We can't help but wonder whether some announcements will be saved for that show, but there are definitely still plenty of reasons to be excited about the return of Disney+ Day.
Last November, Lucasfilm shared a first look at Obi-Wan Kenobi, while Marvel Studios dropped a special with Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law footage. However, they also announced live-action projects like Secret Invasion and Agatha: House of Harkness along with animated shows such as Spider-Man: Freshman Year and Marvel Zombies.
There were a tonne of Disney reveals, too, so we're expecting a busy news day from this one. It was also revealed earlier that Pinocchio will premiere on Disney+ on September 8, and if you'd like to watch the trailer, you can do so by clicking here.
