Like
Guardians of the Galaxy before it, there's a strong chance that
Eternals will be a game-changer for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There's still an awful lot we don't know about the Marvel Studios movie, but that should change with the release of the first teaser trailer next month.
As has become the norm for MCU movies with a release schedule like this and
Black Widow, our first look at
Eternals is expected to be online a couple of weeks before Natasha Romanoff's first solo adventure arrives in theaters.
Now, some details about what the
Eternals trailer will feature has been revealed,
and it comes from a source considered to be fairly reliable for information like this. Apparently, the footage will include scenes in both the present day and the distant past, while the movie's heroes will be shown both in civilian clothing and the superhero costumes
we first caught sight of last year.
Here's the biggest reveal, though; the trailer will reportedly include a first look at Kit Harington's Dane Whitman suited up as Black Knight! He's shown riding a horse, so we can clearly expect a comic accurate take on the hero.
Interestingly, while it's previously been reported that Gemma Chan's Sersi and Harrington's Black Knight will be
Eternals' leads, this first footage focuses primarily on Angelina Jolie's Thena and Richard Madden's Ikaris (which does actually make sense considering they're both huge names).
Time will tell how accurate this all is, but it sounds like this
Eternals trailer definitely won't disappoint!
