Disney Pulls The Plug On Adaption Of Neil Gaimans 'The Graveyard Book‏'

A stop motion picture based on a noble by the popular comic book and fanatasy writer get cancel by Walt Disney Picture

Acording to a recent headline a stop motion film that was in development by Walt Disney picture based on a children's fantasy noble by the acclaim writer of Sandman and Stardust has been canceled by the studio.



Back in 2010 it was reported that Disney would start the production of a stop motion picture based on Neil Gaima's The Graveyard Book. It was also reported that The Nightmare Before Christmas Director Henry Selick would also help in the development of this movie. But of now its reported that the studio has halted the project and might not longer develop the movie. Ff the movie is produce by another studio or if it will be change into a live action movie remains to be seen.

this is not the first time an adaptation of Neil Gaiman's work has been put on hold. Since the late 1990s a comic book Movie based on the Vertigo comic book Series Sandman has been in development hell
