Thanks to Collider we have a couple of clips from the upcoming Greek Fantasy film Immortals. Some of the clips aren't new but most of them are and have conveniently grouped in to one video for your viewing pleasure.

The brutal and bloodthirsty King Hyperion and his murderous Heraklion army are rampaging across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus. With the invincible Bow, the king will be able to overthrow the Gods of Olympus and become the undisputed master of his world. With ruthless efficiency, Hyperion and his legions destroy everything in their wake, and it seems nothing will stop the evil king's mission. As village after village is obliterated, a stonemason named Theseus vows to avenge the death of his mother in one of Hyperion's raids. When Theseus meets the Sybelline Oracle, Phaedra, her disturbing visions of the young man's future convince her that he is the key to stopping the destruction. With her help, Theseus assembles a small band of followers and embraces his destiny in a final desperate battle for the future of humanity.

Immortals stars Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, John Hurt, Mickey Rourke, and will be released on November 11, 2011.

I want to like this...but the more I see...I dunno. It looks more like a play than a movie to me, as in "the stage" not the screen. Also, if that's the minotaur with that funny looking basket thing on his head I'm not impressed. For all the cinematography and artsy looking shots, it still comes off looking cheap to me. Not even close to being on par with "300", that's for sure. I guess I can hold judgement until it comes out, but for the record I'm thinking this is going to bomb. Sorry.

So...I've seen Cavill in a cape, and additionally he sounds quite fitting for a Superman, that's what I need to see from those clips. :) But anyway this movie looks more interesting to me than before too, so I'll see it if I had a chance.

The camera work looks a bit weird in some shots though, but the rest are fine...so yeah.

When this fails, it'll put off most people from a 300 prequel.

I saw this at an advanced screening 2 weeks ago.and believe it or not it was actually pretty good! I thought it was gonna be a 300 rip off, which it kinda is...but it has a few really good parts and the bad parts were still enjoyable. Cavill's gonna be an amazing superman.

It will probably do as well as "Clash of the Titans" did. I could have sworn that I saw the guy from "Legend of the Seeker" in those clips. Where is Bridget Regan?
