Earlier this week, Paramount and eOne released a new featurette and poster for their upcoming Dungeons and Dragons reboot, Honor Among Thieves, and Regal (via SFFGazette.com) has now debuted an alternate one-sheet for the big-budget fantasy adventure.

The previous poster was widely ridiculed for it's lazy photoshop job, and while this is far from perfect, it is a step in the right direction.

The banner gives us a new look at the main characters played by Chris Pine (Wonder Woman 1984), Justice Smith (Detective Pikachu, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Michelle Rodriguez (Avatar, Fast and Furious), Rege-Jean Page (Bridgerton), Sophia Lillis (IT), and Hugh Grant (Paddington 2).

"A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic, but things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people," reads the official synopsis. "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary roleplaying game to the big screen in a hilarious and action-packed adventure."

Game Night directors Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley helmed the project, and wrote the latest version of the script based on a previous draft by Michael Gilio. Derek Kolstad (John Wick; The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) has also been hired to write and develop a separate live-action Dungeons & Dragons television series, but updates have been few and far between.

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves arrives in theaters March 3, 2023.

"The previous poster was widely ridiculed for it's lazy photoshop job" -And this ISN'T?

This looks like a cheap late 90's/early 00's flick. I could be wrong, but this looks like a certain flop.

@Feralwookiee - It is...but it's not quite as horrendous!

Looks like a goofy fun movie that probably won't take itself too seriously. Could do fairly well with the growing casual D&D audience that came about as a result of Stranger Things and more media focusing on D&D in recent years. Shall probably give it a watch.

This movie should've been a Christmas release.

The trailer didn't grab me, but it has a solid cast. This likely won't do well at the box office but it could be fun.

IDK about this. I actually really enjoy the old D&D movie, I hated it when I saw it at theater but on rewatches I found it fun after my expectations were tempered. Plus I am a Marlon Wayans fan so that helps a ton.

I don't think fondly of D&D anymore, only things I ever here about it anymore is stupid stuff like the recent announcement the game will change the word "race" to "species". Apparently some people are so stupid they actually think orcs equals black people on Earth so got offended SMH
