Nicolas Cage reprises his role as Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance. In this gritty new vision for the character, directed by Neveldine/Taylor (Crank), Johnny is still struggling with his curse as the devil's bounty hunter - but he may risk everything as he teams up with the leader of a group of rebel monks (Idris Elba) to save a young boy from the devil... and possibly rid himself of his curse forever. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is scheduled to be released in theaters on February 17, 2012.

the movie looks awesome,BUT...i have a feeling the only good parts are in the trailer,I really hope im wrong though tbh

I dug the feel of the first one, I understood the influences that inspired it. A lot of haters, didn't get it, it was just FUN!!!!!! Not all comic movies have to exceedingly smart or relevant, but if you're watching a movie, especially comic film, and you're not having fun....What are you doing? This second one looks much more hardcore action and I'm glad to see they didn't skip out on the fun factor:) I don't get why they keep saying they are starting over w/ the story, yet it still has Cage? I am glad MARVEL is giving it a second chance in spite of the mixed reception.
