How can you keep up to date on the latest movie filming locations in your area? If you don't already know, this local New Orleans news station has the answer. One of their latest stories covered the website OnLocationVacations; which many people have recently used to help them scope out the Green Lantern set.

Check out these two videos to see what ABC6 cameras captured; and see if you catch the inadvertent ComicBookMovie.com reference (thanks for the free press):

 

 


Both videos show the Green Lantern crew hard at work dissembling the 'Broome's Bar' set. Though the production at this location has wrapped, the cast and crew member's time in New Orleans is far from over.

MPP - If any of you haven't checked out that site yet, you definitely should. They cover the shooting locations for everything from big budget flicks to TV shows. Too bad I didn't know that site existed while I lived in Miami.

What the hell is going on over on MF's articles!? Someone is deleting literally dozens of comments as soon as they're written! Only the articles author or an editor can delete them so that narrows it down...

MULTI: Everything from regular comments to normal pictures! I posted a comment and my usual "Evans for Cap" image and it was gone withing minutes! Thankfully, no boobs were harmed! ;) Great find by the way!

Well, whoever it was deleting the comments over there, they deserve to have their ass kicked off CBM! Mine was only brief but a lot of people spend a lot of time on writing out their comment and to see them deleted is just wrong! ;( Looks like it's stopped now though thankfully!

I have seen 3 different version but none were as awesome as the movie. I wish I could've seen it before the movie when the stage show had most of the cast from the movie.

@Tea hell yes!!! I love the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I went to one where they handed out the goodie bags with everything you needed. Rice, newspaper, little water pistols, etc. So much fun! Also the audience got up and did the "Time Warp" with the cast. So awesome.
