Hal is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. If Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax…he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

Thanks to Bleeding Cool:

From the new Green Lantern comic book, out today. Two Guardians of Oa, sitting within the Planetary Citadel. The film will feature Guardians including Ganthet, Sayd, Appa, Scar and more, designed by Grant Major.

Not exactly "new". This was in the last trailer and captured in high-rez and posted before.

Still not feeling the bubblehead look. Maybe it works in motion?

Yep, as I've said no new shot whatsoever, but nevertheless the still is new!

Remember the two stills of Hal and Tomar-Re that were officially released by WB, which featured exactly the same shot from the WonderCon footage?

Those are stills, the shots may have been in trailer screengrabs, but it's different. So...yeah.

Good, looks like they are going for the midget look and staying (mostly) true to the comic look. I was SO worried they would deviate from it.

And what is with that stupid bubble wrap around his head? I really hope they get rid of that. Never did like the red they wore either, but oh well. These are my only gripes.

Still believe the GL movie will be a flop now matter how flashy it's looking.

If it´s a flop the fault will be of the plebeian public.
