Lacking much new footage, via Facebook, Warner Bros. has released a new television ad for their much-anticipated Martin Campbell-directed Green Lantern flick. Bringing back the memorable "I Know right" snippet used in the first trailer, and lacking in the recent ones, check it out below.

Green Lantern follows a universe as vast as it is mysterious, where a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan. Starring Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, & Peter Sarsgaard the film releases June 17!

I say I know, right! I don't have a problem with it :P Also, I don't have a problem with the "lack" of new footage, I don't want to see the whole film before I go and actually see it.

"I know right!?" is the perfect thing to say right there. It's what any normal person would say when they show their buddy they now have a power ring and instantly became a superhero. Cracks me up how much trash that line gets, what should the response be? How about "don't be shocked pal, I am simply the Green Lantern of sector 2814", that's much more natural

still has a bad costume but as a trailer looks okay. a bit typical, but okay. i hope blake L's role is more then "i'm a love interest save me hero save me!" but on another level i kinda don't wanna see her to much.

@Xenix Just an idea but why don't you just stop clicking onto the GL articles. You might be able to stop an ulcer forming from all the stress this movie is causing you and as an added bonus you might stop boring the hell out of us Green Lantern fans.
Really how have you not got a troll for whining yet?
As a Green Lantern fan I cannot wait for this film. This film is gonna make House Party 2 look like House Party 3.

I used to complain about movies showing too much until i realized that i shouldn't just watch all of the trailers and tv spots myself.

To the oscar winning writers of judging movies, there is nothing wrong with the "I know right' line.
