Seeing this art just reinforces how terrible the art (and story) of the Marvel Now Guardians run has been. Can we get Bendis off this book, and can we get somebody who can at least respect the old character designs? They took what was one of the best Marvel runs ever in the DnA run and made it forgettable.

Agreed. DnAs run is one of my absolute favorites. Bendis' run is average at best. And those costume designs? Urgh. Star Lord has a Beiber haircut ffs.

@PsychoticSpaceRaccoon

Guardians has had some of the best consistent art in all of comics for the past few years. Just stop.

This is a really cool cover.
And I like Star-Lord's new design (not the movie one, the blue and yellow one). Though I may be alone on that.

Str-Lord´s new costume is not bad, just average compared to the previous one.

Loved is previous outfits. Not so much with the mask and jacket though.

Rider will be back, as a bad guy. They'll call him "N'Opa!" He's going to smash all of the plates in the new Nova's kitchen.

I get why many hates Sam Alexander but i think the character just needs a good writer. I think he would be a nice sidekick for Dick Rider.

Rich Rider returns to mentor Sam (and hopefully make him less annoying).

Sam ends up a member of the New Warriors and Marvel drops his book.

Rich gets his OWN book: NOVA PRIME.

All is right with the universe again.

(especially if he retains his level of power and connection to the Worldmind and gets to resume banging Gamora)
