The Latest GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Vol. 2 Funko POP! Figure To Be Revealed Is Ego The Living Planet

Kurt Russell's Ego character has yet to feature in any official promotion for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, but this Funko POP! vinyl does give us some idea of how he'll look in the Marvel sequel...

Last week, Funko unveiled their first batch of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 figurines, but several of the new characters that'll be introduced in the sequel were not featured. However, thanks to MCU Exchange we now have our first look at the Ego the Living Planet POP! and DORBZ collectibles.

Obviously these toys aren't very detailed, but they do give us some idea of how the character will look in human form. As many guessed he would (it is Kurt Russell playing him, after all), Ego will indeed be sporting some fine face-fur as Star Lord's estranged father, and the costume seems to be pretty much identicle to the one that was on display at SDCC last year.

Now that these are out there in the wild, there's a chance an official look at Russel in the role won't be far behind, so keep an eye on CBM for updates.
