During a live Interview via Facebook with some fans, Vin Diesel talked about Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2, while also showing the Awesome Mix Vol.2 cd that came with the script, a nice add by the director James Gunn. During the Interview Vin said: "I can see why my son is so excited about this,James Gunn is such a great writer. I read this script and I go, ‘You’re a great director, and you’re this good a writer too. No wonder Marvel is so excited about what you’re doing. No wonder Marvel can’t wait to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2.' Yeah, it’s one of those page turners, you cannot put the script down."

He also talked about how important is the dancing in the GOTG movies:
It’s ironic, because dancing is such a big part of this Guardians of the Galaxy script.
And before the live stream ended Vin Diesel ended with: I have twenty more pages of this incredible script. Thank you James Gunn for making an incredible script again. You did it again. The world will be anticipating this.

There's also this screen capture of the Awesome Mix Vol.2 CD

@SonofBatman

I was actually hoping a more serious tone too, but GOTG made bank, so I'm not surprised

I hope Thanos has some seriousness

@SonofBatman

Have you read the 2008 DnA run? That is not a series comic book, and it's still awesome.

I trust Gunn and crew to make another great Guardians movie.

Seriously, why the hell would James Gunn even think about continuing to use central elements and character traits established in the successful and beloved first movie?

Aaaabsolutely preposterous!

The major thing that drew me to GOTG 1, was Pratt. I really wanted to see him in a live action movie like this, because he never did anything like that before

GOTG 1 was fun, it looks like the sequel will be the same, I'm not expecting any lasting impact from the movie. The dancing scene made sense within the context of the movie, but I would have liked something more serious, especially for Thanos.

I just hope Infinity Wars is more serious, but, if comedy is going to be this much of a center piece in the MCU, I really have to start accepting it and movie on

I think Civil War is really going to be the determining factor for me, moving forward

What?! More dancing?! Oh no!! Red alert!! Code red!! Call the national guard!! Close all shops in the mall!! Cancel the three-ring circus!!

Lol in all seriousness, I loved the dancing aspect of the first movie, and I'm glad to see it'll also be an aspect of this one.
