i really have no idea if this film will work or not. people were laughing when the trailer came on before prometheus. i'll reserve jusdgement till i see it, but it does seem a little campy. which could be a good thing but it looks like that may not be the intention...

I can't wait for this movie. If done correctly it could be my second favorite movie of the year after Avengers. But I don't expect it to make anywhere near that kinda money.

It looks stupid, but like my kind of stupid. If it takes itself too seriously then it will suck. I kind of like the Action shots occuring while Lincoln reads the Gettysburg Address. That part is just hilarious. I also like the "are you a vampire or a patriot" bit. But that's just probably a result of my own weirdness. Either way, I'm looking forward to this.

I really want to see this movie but these clips are just off. The editing just looks bad.

I've got to agree with SteveRogerSon on this one, I think this thing is going to bomb hard; not because it’s going to be a crap movie, but because I don't think the average moviegoer knows what the hell to make of it.

I saw the trailer attached to Avengers last weekend (third time seeing it) and the group of friends I was with was half comic fans half uninitiated, and 3/4 of them were like, "What the [frick]?" One was even pissed they would goof on Lincoln in the first place. These guys were the target audience for this thing and the premise was just so odd they don't know what to think of it.

I see flop in this films future at the box office, but maybe a good cult following for blu-ray and DVD. I think Wild Wild West is a good comparison for what’s going to happen with this thing.
