It appears that the recently released Guillermo del Toro-directed remake of Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark will hit stores sometime in January. Check out the bonus features list after the jump!

According to Blu-Ray.com, Guillermo del Toro's remake of the 1970s telefilm, Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark, will hit DVD/Blu-Ray early in 2012, possibly January 3rd. The Blu-Ray will present the film in its original aspect ratio of 1.85:1 with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track.

No cover art for either the DVD or Blu-Ray versions just yet, but you can pre-order the Blu-Ray version of the film by clicking on the link below the photo. Also, expect an official announcement from Sony Pictures to be made very soon.

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark is expected to street on January 3rd, 2012. It is available for Amazon pre-order.
