It: Chapter 2 has been assembling a star-studded ensemble since casting got underway, with James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, and Bill Hader leading the adult portion of the sequel. It has become clear that New Line Cinema is sparing no expense when it comes to casting the most talented performers they can.
Variety is reporting that Teach Grant (Altered Carbon) and Jess Weixler are joining the crew, with the former being cast as the adult counterpart of Nicholas Hamilton’s Henry Bowers, the predecessor’s human antagonist. As for the latter, Jess Weixler is taking on the role of adult Bill’s (James McAvoy) wife.
It: Chapter 2 aims to bring closure to the story that debuted in theaters in 2017, with Bill Skarsgard's performance terrifying the Losers for a second round. With the sequel premiering on September 6th 2019, and with production currently in progress, expect director Andy Muschietti to bring the goods once again.
