I have a feeling this movie will not deliver. Just a titilating title with Fox in the role and probably nothing of substance. Back in the 70s this would definetly be a B-movie.

Ror, Thanks for keeping us up to date on this film. I'll give you Kudos for it!!! I can't wait for this movie. This and The Orphan where the only REAL horror movies I've been looking forward to this year, even above the new Friday the 13th and Holloween2, and the Orphan sucked ass. This movie seems like it will be pretty frightening while not taking itself too seriously, like horror movies tend to do.

fotc, I love hearing her talk. You can tell when she speaks she isn't trying to blow smoke up your ass. People have 'tells' when they don't believe what they're saying or when they take pause it seems they're trying to fabricate something, she gives me none of that.

Furthermore, I know it's been a long standing thing among fanboys to have an irrational hatred of different actors/actress' for years. I've been part of it too at points with certain actors. Before Fight Club, I no one on this site would ever consider Brad Pitt for a CBM role and I clearly remember back in those days it was a 'cool thing' to hate Brad, now that my foolishness has passed, I see him as a great actor who has starred in some of the best movies I've seen. In 10 years, Meagan Fox will be as accepted as Angelina Jolie.

F**k it, it's all good, Pitt is a great actor, but not for superhero roles. Meagan needs to diversify her roles to avoid the hot high school chick thing, we don't need another Lohan running loose, and do I mean loose!

ASSASSIN666, I can't personally think of any CBM roles for Pitt off hand, but I've seen others consider him, and under the right circumstances I'd accept it. Meagan is just starting out so we'll see how it goes, I think she has lots of potential, but it's up to her to realize it fully. This movie is a large step away from Transformers, as is her role in it. I'll be in the theaters to see, so we'll find out.

Myth- When I heard that Pitt was being considered for Thor I wanted to get hit by a bus. I have lifted since I was 14 and take some pride in it, but Pitt as Thor? They don't make a steroid that good anywhere in the world that would have sized him up for Thor. At best he would have ended up looking more like Rambo then Thor. He is a talent and off hand I can't think of a role for him in the superhero genre, but you never know.

fotc, I'm not really a huge horror fan, actually I find most horror movies disappointing. And the theater experience for them is god-awful, but I attribute that to the other assholes in the theater who have to scream and squeal every 2 minutes. Also, if it has a PG-13 rating, it doesn't deserve to be called horror to me. I haven't seen Drag Me to Hell, and I never will simply on that basis. Good fun horror is what I see in this movie. It's rated R, so I will get to hear adult language and see piles of blood and gore, the previews have already made me laugh and cringe, plus it plays into my theory that all woman are succubi lol. I also see it as a chance to check Meagan's acting ability. Transformers wasn't a good example, hell, you can't tell Shia is good in those movies. (Secretly, I also see a fairly good chance of catching Meagan topless heh heh)

Megan's hotness is fading to me due to her stagnant acting ability and rampant stupidity coupled with verbal diarrhea. Kind of over her at this point and the whole premise of this seems like it should just be a Tales from the crypt sketch rather than a whole flick.

Dude...... just read Jennifers body comic and it spoiled the whole movie for me!!!!! They said it was a prequell...they LIED!!!!!!!Oh and it has an open ending so expect sequels if this does well which it is,cause it has topless megan fox

BIG flop written all over it, it looks like a 'straight to dvd' all over it, 'an exciting actress' she said, not a GOOD actress, an exciting actress,

It really isn't a comic book movie, they made the graphic novel AFTER the movie.

I agree with Grif, they should start separating the news, comic related, and others. Just a thought.

Oh and this movie still looks shitty. If I want horror I'll stick to my Day, Dawn, Night of the Living Dead, and Vincent Price movies.

fotc, lol yeah the older stuff would be PG if not for the blood nowadays. You are totally right, there is a lot more to it than that, but sadly, majority of the people that make them think that is all it is, which is why most of them suck lol. Some folks may have seen me reference my 'Freddy luvin friend', that guy loves the horror genre and he comes at me with all sorts of horror stuff. Some of the best horror movies I've ever seen never even made it to theaters. Has anyone seen 'Feast'? That movie was cool as hell, by no means Oscar worthy, but it took apart many of the typical horror movie rules, and I loved it for that. Just an example.

I dont know about think movie? Its looks okay for a horror, thriller type. And Megan looks okay for the role, but I don't think its a movie that I personally will see in theaters. Lets just hope it does better than Halloween 2 and Sorority Row. LOL
