World War Zero ?

I know what the movie is about, but to the general public with no clue, this and every trailer so far hasn't mentioned zombies once. They've shown thousands of flailing, running humans forming towers. No close ups of the undead, nor any mention of them "being" undead. Way to [frick] up your marketing you morons.

@m73 - Look at the viral website. They are saying they don't know what it is and it is following suit with their marketing. It is actually quite brilliant, but maybe your a bit too young to understand this. Not a flame, just saying.

I understand they had to do some MAJOR reshoots, but I think people are crying the blues acting like WWZ Max Brooks Fan Boys/Girls. It is not like the book obviously, but it represents what was going on during that time. I choose to embrace it along with The Walking Dead and get my Zombie fix! :-)

Any movie featuring CGI zombies gets an automatic F-
There is nothing intimidating about a cheaply made computer animated zombie.
Doesn't anyone remember I Am Legend? CGI is what killed 60% of it for me, the other 40% was it just sucking.

AArrrrGGGhhh, I want this to be good, but nothing I've seen inspires me at all.

WWZ would have made an epic 12-part faux-documentary series on HBO.

Oh well.

On the one hand, I'm surprised by how many people here hate this movie. Apparently being a comic book lover means hating zombies. On the other hand, I do wish the movie would have been more faithful to the book. The book was awesome. Unlike Everyone else here I am excited to see this movie. Manly for the reason that most people think its gonna suck. Cause it's been reshooting for 2 years. I think brad Pitt is a good producer. He didn't awesome job making the assassination of Jesse James. And I'm pretty sure he produced killing them softly and the time travelers wife. I don't think the movie will be scary. But I thnk it will be well made. I'm the type of persons who likes zombie movies no matter what. And I thnk a lot of people here will be surprised by just how many people like me will be in the theaters when this movie is released
