After getting a new look at our three returning heroes last week, Paramount Pictures has now shared nine additional character posters and a new featurette from Scream, offering chilling looks at the film's long line of victims/suspects.

The second batch of posters spotlight Melissa Barrera (Vida; Dos Veces Tú) as Sam Carpenter, Dylan Minnette (Prisoners13 Reasons Why) as Wes Hicks, Jasmin Savoy Brown (The LeftoversFor The People) as Mindy Meeks-Martin, Jenna Ortega (Jane the Virgin; Iron Man 3) as Tara Carpenter, Jack Quaid (The BoysThe Hunger Games) as Richie Kirsch, Mason Gooding (BooksmartLove, Victor) as Chad Meeks-Martin, newcomer Sonia Ammar as Liv McKenzie, Mikey Madison (Once Upon a Time... In HollywoodBetter Things) as Amber Freeman, and Marley Shelton as Sheriff Judy Hicks.

Curiously missing is Kyle Gallner (Smallville; American Sniper), who's expected to appear as a character named Vince, so that should be something to monitor.

They all join returning horror icon Neve Campbell, reprising her role as Sidney Prescott, and her longtime franchise co-stars Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who are both set to return as Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley. Roger L. Jackson will also be back to voice Ghostface.

Radio Silence duo Matthew Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (Ready or Not) directed the fifth installment with a screenplay from James Vanderbilt (Zodiac; The Amazing Spider-Man) and Guy Busick (Ready or Not; Castle Rock). Franchise creator Kevin Williamson is onboard as an executive producer.

Scream scares its way into theaters on January 14, 2022.

Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past. Neve Campbell (“Sidney Prescott”), Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) and David Arquette (“Dewey Riley”) return to their iconic roles in Scream alongside Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.
