"To those before, to those after, to us now, and to those beyond. With those words, a meeting of the Midnight Club can officially commence."

After terrifying Netflix viewers with The Hauntings of Hill House and Bly Manor and the more recent Midnight Mass, Mike Flanagan is set to return to the Witching Hour for his latest horror project, The Midnight Club.

The streamer (via FearHQ) has now debuted the first full trailer for the show, and it certainly looks like another unnerving viewing experience from the man who is being hailed as the new "master of horror."

Based on Christopher Pike's popular novel of the same name, the 10-episode show follows "a group of seven teenagers at a hospice for terminally ill young adults known as the Rotterdam Home. The group, who dub themselves the Midnight Club due to their favorite activity of sharing scary stories at midnight, make a pact that the first one of them to die will be responsible with communicating with the rest of the group from beyond the grave."

Check out the trailer below along with a new poster.

The Midnight Club stars Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Shephard, William Chris Sumpter and Sauriyan Sapkota, with Zach Gilford, Matt Biedel and Samantha Sloyan in supporting roles, and A Nightmare on Elm Street's Heather Langenkamp as the enigmatic doctor presiding over Rotterdam Home.

Flanagan will direct along with Michael Fimognari (To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, To All the Boys: Always & Forever), and the show will be executive produced by Leah Fong, Flanagan, Trevor Macy; and co-executive produced by Adam Fasullo.

The series will premiere just in time for Halloween on October 7.

"From the producers/ Executive Producers of" is the biggest grift in the industry. This looks like shit compared to the "producers" other credits, but how else could they get people to watch this trash lol

I’ll give it a whirl.

A lot of horror media vying for my attention during the Halloween season and I’m here for it.

Also, The Toadies Posssum Kingdom is definitely choice as a song for this trailer.

Midnight Mass was excellent and so was The Haunted series he did.

I think he did Doctor Sleep as well, which I held off from watching because I thought a sequel to The Shining would be shit, how wrong I was.
