THOR: RAGNAROK Director's WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS Sequel Has Been Tentatively Titled WE'RE WOLVES

Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement's follow up to their superb vampire mockumentary, which will focus on Anton (Rhys Darby) and his pack of lycanthropes, now has a pun-tastic title...

"We're werewolves, not swearwolves". One of the many highlights of vampire comedy What We Do In The Shadows was the polite pack of werewolves that were introduced towards the end, and - a few unfortunate full moon maulings aside - went on to become pals with our blood-sucking quartet. That movie's co-directors, Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement, are planning a follow-up that'll shift the focus to the hairier members of the gang, and we now have something awesome to refer to it as.

Previously dubbed "What We Do In The Moonlight", the sequel has now been tentatively titled We're Wolves, but that's apparently subject to change. We're not sure when the duo will be able to get working on this, as Waititi has the small matter of Marvel's Thor threequel to occupy his mind for a while, but hopefully it's sooner rather than later.

His new film, Hunt For The Wilderpeople, has just premiered at Sundance, and you can check out the trailer below.

Jesus, this new font for these articles is atrocious to look at. And there's no variation between the Title and the "teaser text" (or whatever its called) at all. I'm hoping this is just a "transitional phase" and not part of the final design.

Yes!

I loved What We Do in the Shadows.

I'm still not convinced Waititi is right for Ragnarok, but he is definitely right for We're Wolves.

Hold up... I remember him being rumoured to be the next Thor director, but I must have missed the confirmation articles. Didn't know he was going it for sure.

I can't imagine this guy directing Thor... it's like if Eli Roth was directing a romantic comedy, or something.

Plus, WTF is happening to this website??

@PapaEmeritus - Some of you guys are strange. Things keep repeating, but people just don't learn.

- Jon Favreau before Iron Man? The Monica's boyfriend who direct Zathura? Whaaaaat?
- Russo Brothers before Captain America? The guys who direct Community and Arrested Development? Meh! Wrong!
- James Gunn before GOTG? Who? The guy who wrote Scooby Doo and made Slither? Wrong!
- Peyton Reed before Ant-Man? The guy who made Yes Man and the Break-up? So wrong!
- James Wan before Furious 7? The guy who only made terror movies? What a mistake!
- Peter Jackson before LotR? The guy who made Bad Taste and Meet the Feebles? Fail!

Real talented people can do everything. Taika alredy made great things, all different from each other.

Otherwise...

- Martin Campbell, the Cassino Royale director will direct Green Lantern? WILL BE FANTASTIC!
- Shane Black, the guy who made Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and wrote Lethal Weapon? WILL BE THE BEST ONE!

And the big list continues. So Weird see the things repeating and repeating. People don't learn.

Take a time and Read this article from the WIRED:

http://www.wired.com/2016/01/taika-waititi-thor-interview/

Take one bit more time and read some critics of his new movie (shot in just 25 days, with a very small budget)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4698684/externalreviews?ref_=tt_ov_rt

Now, be better! ;)

@DrDoom - What browser are you using? Chrome seems to be having a lot of issues, which is odd because that's what I use 90% of the time and I don't see most of the issues...
