Marvel Studios’ “Iron Man 3″ pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

Iron Man 3 was directed by Shane Black, from a screenplay written by Drew Pearce. The film opened in theaters May 3, 2013. It stars: Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), Gwyneth Paltrow (Virginia Potts), Don Cheadle (Col. James Rhodes), and Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin.

Iron Man 3 was The Worst Iron Man is still the best Iron Man film to date I wish Favreau came back to direct it here some things that needed to be changed


1.Not set in Christmas
2.Shane Black
3.Kingsley as The MANDARIN or Even Extremis Mandarin

I understand Shane Black didn't want to use the Mandarin because he's a "A Racist Caricature", but he wasn't in the film. As a matter of fact, he was working up until the the twist.

I like Thor:The Dark World better it made in my top 10 @ # 5 than Iron Man 3 heres what made it better

- Straightfoward Villian(Malekith & Kurse)

-Better Story

-Better Protagonist(Thor)

-Not Set During any Holidays

-Was International and In London

-Hotter leading Lady Natalie Portman

What? I cannot fathom how the fact that the film took place during the holidays somehow detracts from the rest of the story. Did the mere presence of Christmas decorations ruin the plot, the tone, the characters, the humor, and everything else for you? That literally makes no sense. Shane Black's signature is directing movies that take place during Christmas. He obviously loves the tone and atmosphere that creates, so that's why he does so. Obviously it works for him. Who are you to say otherwise?

The racism with the traditional Mandarin character has nothing to do with the fact that Sir Ben Kingsley happens to be Indian rather than Chinese. It's got nothing to do with the actor, it has to do with the character.

I honestly put Iron Man 2 above it, just bc my jaw drop to the ground when I saw war machine and iron man kicking hammer drone's ass
