A scooper over at SHH has reported some interesting news about the Iron Man movie...


"Phil Alden Robinson, who last directed The Sum of All Fears, is in talks with New Line Cinema/Marvel Studios, to come aboard Iron Man as Writer/Director/Producer. Robinson will be expected to recraft the Script, using Alfred Gough/Miles Millers draft as his foundation stone. Pre-Production and Filming is due to start on Iron Man at Pinewood Studios/Shepperton Studios, March 2004, with the studio aiming for a July 2005 release date."
